We can provide your logo in any of the standard file formats at your request ie. tif, gif, jpeg, png, psd, ai, eps or pdf format. A basic logo package you are provided with PDF, eps, jpg, png formats for print and web purposes.

This depends on the type of project. For a print or illustration project, you will be provided with the final printed product. Logos can be provided to you as a package in the various formats, by email or on request a disc. For a web project, the end product will be uploaded to your existing host or on our servers..

Give us a call or send us an email. If your within Melbourne we can, upon request, meet with you either in person to discuss your requirements in detail. We will guide you through the process of developing your project, and ask you for any information required to complete the job. We will give you concepts to select from, and continue developing the project until it meets your needs, within the boundaries of the quote.

This varies greatly depending on the size and complexity of the project and what is involved. We strive to charge reasonable rates in order to remain competitive. Contact us for an estimate on your project.

We are based in Eastern side of Melbourne, however we have many clients outside the Melbourne area and Instersate. We are happy to service clients in other areas of Victoria and all states, provided most communication is by phone, email and post.

Yes – we are a print house so we deliver your printed material on completion of the project, in all states VIC, NSW, QLD, TAS, SA, WA and NT. 

No. When a order is ready it is dispatched the same day and will arrive within 24hrs. All our orders include delivery.

We dispatch the majority of our products within 2-3 working days from order and majority arrive at your door within 3-7 working days. Large quantity orders over 10,000 and bulky items such as NCR Books, Drink Coasters, Banners can take a little longer. Delivery time is also effected on your location. Please speak with us if you have a strict deadline, we will work with you.

Delivery is included on most products (additional charges may apply for bulky products such as Coasters, NCR Books, A-Frames, Banners etc depending on location), for a street address only. Delivery is for 1 x Delivery Point only. Delivery does not include Distribution, Multiple Delivery Points or Split Deliveries. However, such requirements can be organised on job by job basis.

• New Customers are payment before production.
• Repeat Customers (under 2 months doing business with us or 2 orders a year) are a 10 day account.
• Ongoing Customers are a 30 day account.

You can email your material to us or alternatively post it to our mailing address. All material should be supplied in digital format where possible.
• All text should be typed or additional fees may apply.
• For printwork – artwork should be a minimum of 300dpi or at the highest quality possible. Generally the bigger the filesize the better. Artwork can be provided in any of the following file formats: tif, eps, ai or psd.
• For web work – artwork should be high quality, in any of the following file formats: tif, eps, ai, psd, gif or jpeg.
